ABDUL HAMEED SHAIKH

(A man on a Mission)

As someone said “The future belongs to those who believes in their dreams”. Abdul Hameed Sheikh, Principal of the SZABIST ZABtech Hyderabad, born on 22^nd November 1983 in Hyderabad, Pakistan. A man on mission to change the environment of technical education in Hyderabad. The motives behind the mission based on the courage and passion of his life. But when so many are in between your mission and trying to get ahead in your mission, there is a time when you need to show them why you are best and why you are here.

He got his early education from Government Saint Kamal-u-din High School Hyderabad city later he enrolled himself in university of Sindh for higher Education and completed his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science department. Before joining the SZABIST ZAB tech he was appointed as IT Exhibition in charge in Agha Khan School but he never stopped there and in 2008 he joined the SZABIST ZAB tech Hyderabad as Network administrator first and after that he never looked back in past and his passion to become best continues.

Later he becomes faculty in charge in institute. And then he appointed as a Vice principal and then as Principal of SZABIST ZAB tech on which he is currently serving the institute. But the story of an ordinary man from an ordinary family never ends here, in 2016 he achieved another feat of success when he was awarded with Best Employee and Best Teacher awards. At SZABIST  he also served as a teacher by time to time and as a teacher he was again brilliant, co-operative and friendly, and that’s why he remained favorites of many Pupil’s and mine also.

If we take a look to his contribution to society, on 30^th of March 2019, He and his institute was first to conduct the One Day Job fair on Technical and Vocational Education (TVE) Basis for youngsters of Hyderabad at Meerut Banquet Hall. This was its kind of first Job Fair by any institute in Hyderabad. In which 20 National and Multinational companies took their part to give opportunities and career counseling to youth. He and his institute was also the first to introduce the software developing courses to offer the youth to meet requirement of the modern computer and technological world.

In a talk with him he told that he and his institutes aim is to provide quality education in the technical sector. He added that there is many other institutes in city which are working well in computer education sector but they are also lacking some of basic facilities like well equipped labs, experienced faculty and of course the quality education.

He said that he and the board of SZABIST ZAB tech trying hard to expand the building of the institute in order of increasing number of admissions and interest of peoples toward computer education. He added, that he want to see the SZABIST ZAB tech to serve the youth for years in future and want to see at highest levels. He said that he is trying his best to achieve the goals of his life with SZABIST ZAB tech Hyderabad.
