The internet is a wonderful piece of technology and, if used correctly, can be a great source for almost anything; be it learning, teaching, spending or even earning.

Pakistani’s are known for their IT works and cyber services nowadays but this guy Abdul Wali is also known for his services that he provided to the most of the bloggers today on earning online, coding apps as well as inspiring through his story.

Spending life on internet is one of easiest ways to die early but working on internet even easier way to get depressed early, “Internet was new technology for me in 2009 as I was an illiterate with an aim to be working from the office one day and traveling the world on my own” says Abdul Wali.

Abdul Wali used internet in 2010 that changed his whole life. Today Abdul Wali is one of top bloggers and entrepreneur’s ranking on 6th in online Pakistan Bloggers Rank.

Abdul Wali is an ordinary guy born in FATA to an underprivileged family. Wali never went to study in school, at the tender age of 8 he was feeding his family by selling shopping bags and cosmetics in a local shop and later on with his family moved to Lahore. 

For approximately two years Abdul Wali spend most of his time selling one thing or another in local shops working as sales boy or delivering food at shop owners home until in 2000 Abdul Wali along with his family moved to Karachi, from there on, he opened his own fruit and vegetables cart on the streets of Orangi Town, Karachi, later on he bought a shop for selling Bryani, for consecutive 7 years he was a Bryani vendor. “In 2008, I bought a mobile shop and used computer for the first time” said Abdul Wali. “I took admission in an institute to do a computer course and also learn English”

Abdul Wali once said to his fellow shop keeper, who still owns a shop in Orangi Town, that, he would work from his own office and will travel around the world, in response shop keeper friend said we are shop keepers we will be shop keepers.

He spent the next couple of years learning about computers while selling Mobile phones on other side. In 2010, he found out that one could earn money through the internet. He did some research on his own in an internet café where he spend most of his time surfing internet and striving for the valued knowledge about different topics to work and earn through internet.

“In the start, I used to earn in thousands; ten thousand, twenty thousand or even fifty sometimes,” said Abdul Wali

In 2011 the way to his success began when he started his second blog OnlineUstaad.com with the help of his friend Asif Iqbal who helped him in teaching website coding and marketing, that coding he used to make his very own website Onlineustaad.com where he published video and text tutorials in Urdu, he also started posting about the knowledge he was getting from his courses and research, by the time passed he became expert at it and started posting about what he was good at coding and teaching different ways to work online. Later on he started selling his courses on Udemy and Skillfeed.

He said, he started his first blog on blogger.com where he posted about cricket because he had great knowledge about cricket, while he was preparing for his very own website Onlineustaad.com that he launched in December 2011.

A time also came when he started earning in terms of millions of rupees. In 2016, he claimed to have earned over $100,000 (over 1 crore Pakistani rupees), just from teaching on the internet.

He wrote a story of his own during his struggle what he suffered, how he managed the time selling Bryani and studying while researching for earning online and that article on his site went viral around Social Media and his Blog was viewed and inspired by millions of readers despite his story he also showed his earning of the year 2015 that stated he earned over One Crore Pakistani rupees from selling and teaching online through different platforms.

“The good thing is that I never stopped learning. I try to learn every day,” he added.

Abdul Wali loved learning so much that he spent a good part of his money in buying new courses and learning new things over the internet.

“The end result of all this hard work is that now, I have knowledge as well as money. And I am traveling the world and also writing about it on my new travel consulting website Flyingtoworld.com”

Currently, Abdul Wali claims to be one of the top instructors on Udemy, one of the most popular online learning platforms on the internet; founder of his own online portal OnlineUstaad.com, an online hub for tutorials in Urdu; the CEO of Wali Web Solutions, his very own web service provider and travel consultant & founder of Flyingtheworld.com.
